General Topics

  • Lisa noted that since January survey call data is not being pulled correctly.  Program C lists only previous visits and the report does not contain new visits.
    • List gets pulled again with change of phone number or disconnected numbers, which skews numbers.
  • Should YCC  forms be added to kits and other YCC comments:
    • Several regions modify the forms so it will not be helpful to have to form come with the kit.
    • Bright Beginnings would like to add modifications such as where the referral came from for more specific referral source tracking.
    • Some affiliates like to fill out the YCC forms ahead of time, which would make adding un-filled YCC forms unnecessary.
    • Comments were made that the community resource section is not useful, relevant, or liked,
  • Most appreciate that the bags are now being pre-kitted, however, some regions add co-branding stickers and other agency branding to the kits, which adds time to kit assembling at the affiliate site, taking away time for increasing program visits.
  • Referral brochures are not liked
    • The brochure should have space available for co-branding and contact information.
  • Website- include the materials that are contained in each program kit.
  • Add the Spanish survey to the Affiliate Resource page online.
  • Christopher is interested in talking individually with you to better understand how you work with agencies.
  • Bright Beginnings is contracting a PR/marketing person to promote branding, visibility, and messaging.
